CSTHELABEL ("we", "us") operates this community platform. We are based in Belgium. For anything relating to this policy or your data, contact us at info@csthelabel.com.

• Account information: name, email, handle, primary city, disciplines, bio, website, and Instagram handle you provide when you join.
• Content you share: posts, photos, videos, captions, comments, chat messages, and Community Fit submissions.
• Activity data: follows, event registrations and check-ins, CS Points activity, and reward redemptions.
• Purchase data: when you buy BY___CS items through our webstore using the email on your account, we match the order to your account to award CS Points. We only see the order ID, line items, and amount, never your payment details.
• Login and technical data: your session is managed through our authentication provider, and our hosting providers process standard technical data (like IP address) to keep the platform secure and running.

We use this data to run the platform: creating and showing your CS ID, publishing what you post, matching purchases to CS Points, and keeping accounts secure. This is necessary to provide the membership you signed up for. Where we process anything beyond that, we rely on your consent (for example, optional profile fields) or our legitimate interest in running a secure, functioning community.

• Supabase, our database, file storage, and login provider, hosted in the EU.
• Vercel, who hosts and serves the platform, and may process data outside the EU as part of that.
• Shopify, our webstore, for matching orders placed with the email on your account to CS Points.

We keep your data for as long as you're a member. If you want your account and the data attached to it removed, email us at info@csthelabel.com and we'll delete it, aside from anything we're required to keep for legal reasons.

Under GDPR, you can ask us to access, correct, delete, or export your data, and you can object to or ask us to restrict how we use it. Reach out to info@csthelabel.com for any of this. You can also lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority if you think we've gotten something wrong.

We only use the cookie our login system needs to keep you signed in. We don't use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.

If we make meaningful changes to how we handle your data, we'll update this page and change the date below.
