Terms of service

CSTHELABEL is invite-only. You need an invite from an existing member to join, and by creating a CS ID you agree to these terms. One account per person, and the details you give us (name, handle, email) need to be accurate.

You keep ownership of everything you post, photos, videos, captions, comments, chat messages, Community Fit submissions. By posting it, you give CSTHELABEL a license to show it on the platform. You're responsible for what you post, and you confirm you have the right to share it.

• Treat other members with respect, harassment or abuse isn't tolerated.
• No spam, no impersonation, no illegal content.
• Don't use the platform, your invites, or CS Points to try to game or resell access.

Directors can remove content or suspend an account that breaks these terms. For serious or repeated breaches, we can end your membership outright. If your account is removed, any unredeemed CS Points or unlocked perks are forfeited.

CS Points aren't money, they have no cash value, can't be transferred between members, and exist entirely at CSTHELABEL's discretion. We can change how they're earned, what they unlock, or retire them, at any time.

Orders placed through our webstore are handled by Shopify and subject to the terms shown at checkout there. CS Points earned on a purchase are a bonus of your CSTHELABEL membership, not part of that sale.

The platform is provided as-is. We don't guarantee it'll always be available, error-free, or that any specific feature, event, or drop will happen as planned.

To the extent the law allows it, CSTHELABEL isn't liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Nothing here limits liability that can't legally be limited.

We can update these terms as the platform evolves. If we make a meaningful change, we'll update this page and the date below.

These terms are governed by Belgian law.
